Studio Management is incubating Project  Fabric (stealth) — a new AI‑driven consumer platform to reimagine how people connect in cities, and help solve modern loneliness. We’re building a pioneering social-first AI product — not another solo AI agent, but a platform designed to create real-world relationships and gatherings. In a world where almost every AI today is single-player, Fabric is about multiplayer: helping people discover, connect, and spend time together, not just chat with bots.

Our product is live in a small, curated beta with some of the most interesting people in NYC, with good early traction. Now we’re growing the team to build the next evolution of Fabric.

After a year of heads‑down building, we have:

• Early traction and clear product‑market‑fit signals
• A seasoned Product Manager and three Senior Engineers shipping weekly
• Core services, data pipelines, mobile prototypes, and initial matching logic already live

We’re looking for a hands-on ML Engineer to crystallize our technical vision, lead the design and implementation of novel AI systems, and steer us into a category‑defining public launch.

What You’ll Own

• Technical Strategy — Set a long‑term architecture that balances speed, reliability, privacy, and personalized user value.
• System Design & Execution — Write production code, establish ML engineering best practices, and harden infrastructure for viral growth.
• Intelligence Layer — Lead our recommendation / semantic matching engines, integrating state‑of‑the‑art frameworks wherever they create visible user impact.
• Team Development — Grow and mentor a high‑output engineering organization.
• Security & Data Stewardship — Protect user trust with rigorous privacy and security practices.
• Launch Milestone — Ship V1 to 50 000+ beta users within 9  months.
